RED AND WHITE FLOWER

The more I think about the “Red and White Flower” I think of the victory, love, and hope that Jesus gives and graces us with everyday. When we are frazzled or stressed out by the cares of the world, we just need to STOP stressing and PRAY and SEEK God for direction. Pray without ceasing(nonstop, don’t quit, persevere).Pray, don’t faint, got to stay connected to the Lord through prayer. Hope everyone has a great and prosperous day!!

“Spontaneous Flower 1”

I have decided to create a gallery named the “Flower Series” containing 5-8 paintings of different colored flowers that were created in 2008. This is the 2nd installment in the “Flower Series.” This one was painted on wood as well as the 1st installment The Pink Flower that was posted on Jan.1, 2013. I have 2 versions of this one picture. The 2nd part of this painting will be titled “Spontaneous Flower 2.” (Thank you for visiting my blog:)

Happy New Year!!! 2013 is here:)

This is my first blog of the new year 2013 and I am excited about it!! YAY!! Normally I would have went to church on New Years Eve but I stayed home and meditated about how good God has been to me in 2012 and began to thank God for my future and the great things He has prepared for me. There is no other name under heaven but the name of Jesus by which man can be saved(Acts 4:12). To Him be glory, dominion and power forever and ever and ever…………………………………………

MY PAINTING PINK FLOWER PAINTED WITH ACRYLIC PAINT

What I did do was to reflect on this past year and realize that I have many things to be thankful for: My life, health and strength, family, business, church family, my creative side(which I’m still discovering,) my successes and failures and many, many more.

I was most thankful for my mom, she started dialysis this year which was very hard for us all to accept. But God is keeping us all!! I am grateful to God that she is doing well and has lost a lot of weight which is good for her. I’m working on shedding pounds myself! One thing  I learned in 2012 is that God is a keeper of your mind-body, soul and spirit. He will keep your mind sane and give you peace if you desire peace. (You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you: because he trusts in you.Isaiah 26:3) When we need help whether it is financially or any other help, I learned it is OK to ask for help. Sometimes pride will stop people from asking for help because of fear (False Evidence Appearing Real). It is a blessing and answered prayers when people are able to help you. When we need help, this is God’s way of humbling us sometimes and to help us learn better ways of managing our lives or better ways of doing things.

When we pray, we don’t know how God is going to answer our prayers, but just know that He will answer your prayer. Just know that God is faithful and will continue to be faithful the more we trust in Him and Him alone. Continue reading “Happy New Year!!! 2013 is here:)”
